Possible positive PNA for winter.

A possible PNA for this winter could mean snow for the Midwest and Ohio valley.A positive PNA is poss. this winter and that was a key roll in the Chicago Blizzard.Again this is just a possibility.A winter forecast is coming out on the 25 of August and Mark I want to work on this with you at school.

    I would be happy to work on that with you at school. PNA is possible for the midwest and ohio valley but the EL NINO is still in place. They are both probable situations but we will just have to wait until mid fall hits us. They are both possible. It's weird because the NWS was talking about either a LA NINA or a EL NINO, now they are talking about a PNA. All three are different. We'll just have to wait and see. Your post was very good.
