LAKE EFFECT SNOW TO DUMP 9 INCHES OF SNOW .
A lake effect snow watch has been issued for Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.Up to 18'' of snow could fall in areas.It will also be very windy causing drifting snow.The next report on next weeks MAJOR snow system will be issued on Saturday at 12:00pm.
